We understand that life happens but in order to support our stylists as the professionals they are the following policies apply to all bookings.

  • Washington Square Studio requires 24 hours notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments.
  • Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment.
  • Subsequent cancellations without required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
  • No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
  • We are unable to guarantee appointments for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late for their appointment. 

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS:

At WSS, your satisfaction is our priority—we want you to leave feeling great about your hair! If you feel that something’s not quite right, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment.  We’ll be happy to make an adjustment!

If any of the following apply—choosing to see a different stylist (either here or elsewhere), treating your hair yourself, visiting another salon, or if more than 7 days have passed—we’ll consider the request a new service, and full charges will apply.

Please note that we do not offer complimentary services for changes of mind or a new direction after your original service has been completed.

All service sales are final, and we truly appreciate your understanding!

APPOINTMENTS:

The best way to book with us is through our online booking system.Which can be found HERE.  A credit card is required to secure all appointments at Washington Square Studio.
